The baseline distance is the distance between the aeropoint and the base station that was used to correct it. This includes any aeropoints that were used as a base station for corrections. So in surveys where the baseline distance varies a lot, the ones that have long baselines are the ones corrected against a CORS network basestation. The ones that have short baselines are the ones that were corrected against one of the aeropoints with a long baseline.
