If you are having issues with your user portal loading in Google Chrome, you can try these tips and tricks to improve your experience.
Press Ctrl+Shift+R (PC) / Command+Shift+R (Mac) to do a hard refresh. It forces the browser to load the most recent version of the page, but doesn't clear the cache.
Clear the cache
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Google Chrome window, navigate to More Tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
2. Once you are redirected to Settings, select a time range and then check the box next to “Cached images and files.”
3. Click Clear data.
Disable ad blocker
Disable your ad blocker for all pages with .prpellr.com/ in the site address.
Update Google Chrome
If you’re on an old version of Google Chrome, we can’t guarantee a good experience.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Google Chrome window, navigate to Help, and then click About Google Chrome.
2. This will either confirm you have the most up-to-date version or ask you to update to the latest version of Chrome.
Bookmark your specific site
Don’t bookmark propelleraero.com, but rather bookmark your specific site and user portal by clicking on the star in the top-right corner of the browser and setting your preferences.
