Learn how to add and remove users and how to change the owner of the AeroPoints set in the dashboard

Note: Portal users do not automatically have access to the AeroPoints dashboard and  vice versa. Learn more about managing access to your portal.

Adding Users

1. Enter your AeroPoints dashboard

2. Click on Manage permissions. 

3. Enter the email address of the new user.

4. Hit Enter or click Send.

5. The user will receive an invitation email. Until they click on the link, they will not have access to the AeroPoints. 

Removing Users

Remove a user by clicking on the X next to their email address. 

Changing the Owner

If you need to change the owner of the portal, the current owner of the portal must contact Propeller support. Unless the listed owner explicitly confirms the change, we cannot perform the change.
