If your browser isn't rendering your portal correctly, please try the following solutions. 

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the Chrome browser. Other browsers aren't supported and will not run the Propeller Portal well.
  • Update your graphics drivers and operating system. If these are not up-to-date, you will not be able to load the graphics. 
  • Go to https://get.webgl.org/ and check that your browser settings are set up to support WebGL. Propeller uses WebGL to power 3D features of the portal.
  • Make sure you can interact with the globe at http://cesiumjs.org/. Cesium powers the 3D features of the Propeller Platform.
