When you receive your new AeroPoints, you need to activate them before you begin using them. If you are activating AeroPoints you received as a warranty replacement, it should already have been activated and added to your group. If it is not there, please contact Propeller support. 

  1. Go to the AeroPoints activation page

             1a. If you already have an account, you can start from your AeroPoints                                  dashboard to begin the activation process instead.

               1b. Select Activate a New Set. Then, proceed to the next step below. 

2. Enter the eight-digit activation code from the sheet of paper that came with your AeroPoints. If you have lost your AeroPoint activation code, please contact our support team for a new activation code. 

If you do not have a Propeller account, click Register and create an account. Otherwise, please sign in to your account. 

When you are activating more than five AeroPoints, you will need to add the other activation code(s) you received with your AeroPoints by clicking Add another code. 

3. Select the portal or license to which you would like to assign your new AeroPoints. Then click Activate. 

After the AeroPoints are activated, you will be navigated to your AeroPoints dashboard. You should see your newly-activated AeroPoints with information on their battery level and connection history.

AeroPoints for Propeller PPK

If you are using the Propeller PPK Drone Solution, use the process above to activate the AeroPoint included with the drone. The Phantom 4 RTK drone in this solution comes with one AeroPoint, and the activation code can only be used with that single AeroPoint. 

If you purchased additional AeroPoints with the PPK Solution, you will need to merge them into one set. To merge the single AeroPoint with the additional set, you must contact Propeller support
