You can collect RINEX data in the Florida region from http://www.fdot.gov/geospatial/fprn.shtm.
Select the link to RINEX under Services (next to the cog icon).
This will take you to http://www.myfloridagps.com/spiderweb/frmIndex.aspx.
If you do not have an account, go to Register on the left-hand menu, to sign up for an account.
Enter your details to sign up for an account.
After logging in with your new account, select RINEX Job Service from the menu at the left-hand side of the FDOT page.
Change the date in the Create RINEX files for "Once only" field to the same date as your AeroPoint survey. Then select Next.
Enter the local start time of your AeroPoint survey, and the duration, to the nearest 10 minutes. These should be the same start time and duration as shown on the AeroPoints survey page.
Enter an observation rate of 10 seconds.
Under "Select closest sites with map," click on the Map button.
Move the marker balloon to the location of your AeroPoint survey. A line will be drawn to the nearest CORS network station.
Click Select once the line attached to the ballon points to your nearest station.
On the Create New Job page, select Next, then select Submit.
On the FDOT start page, click Results in the left-hand menu.
Ensure the Start and End date on the results page encompasses the date of your AeroPoint survey.
The most recent download request is shown at the top of the list. The status of your data request is shown by the symbol in the Download column.
If the cog icon is showing, the request is still in progress. Wait a minute or so before reloading the page, until the pencil icon shows next to your data request.
If the pencil icon is displayed next to the most recent request, the data is ready to download.
Click on the pencil icon next to your most recent request to begin downloading your data.
Select "Download all" at the download page.
Select "Download file" at the next download page.
The file will be downloaded in .zip format. Unzip the folder to access the .17o file.
Upload the .17o file to the Process window of your AeroPoint survey and select the NAD83 (2011) coordinate reference system.
