Changing Course Direction
When planning a mission, one of the parameters you can adjust is "course direction". The course direction controls the orientation of the passes that your drone flies to survey your site.
Most of the time, you don't need to worry about it. However, there are certain scenarios where changing the course direction is helpful.
Why would you change the course direction?
Changing the course direction can shorten or lengthen the mission time if you need to hit the 10 minutes of mission time required for the PPK geotags used to correct your survey results. Or if you need to fly the site in a specific way (such as north-south) you can do so by changing the course direction.
How to change the course direction
When planning or editing a mission, you can change the direction of the flight path by dragging the yellow dot around the survey area.
After you have moved the yellow dot to adjust the course direction, you can continue planning your mission.
I still can't do it!
