How to Create a Propeller Account
To use all of the cool features that Propeller has to offer, you will need to have an account. Use the steps below to create an account by following the link from your activation email.
When your Propeller portal is first created, you will receive a notification and will be able to use the process below to create an account.
When a portal owner has granted access to one of their projects, the new user will be sent an activation email containing an activation link.
Once you follow the link, you'll be brought to a page that looks like the screenshot below. You'll be prompted for your name and asked to create a password.
Until the activation link is followed, there will be no account associated with that email address, and the reset password link will not work.
Make sure firstname.lastname@example.org is added to your email safelist and check your junk mail to ensure that you can receive Propeller’s activation email.
If you still can't receive the email, please contact Propeller support and we may be able to activate the account for you manually.
