Propeller’s filtering tool makes it easy to monitor and track job progress by filtering out obstructions on site that may affect your data.
During the Data Upload process, you can choose a filter to apply to your survey. Once chosen, Propeller does all the work for you! But what if you choose a filter that is too aggressive or not aggressive enough? This article will walk you through how to request a re-filter of your survey.
How do I submit a filter change request?
From your Portal, click on Support in the top toolbar and choose Contact support.
Another window will open with the option to either start a conversation with our support team or to re-filter a survey. Choose Re-Filter Survey Request.
Fill out the requested information and follow the prompts through the form.
You will be asked to provide the name of the site and the survey you want to re-filter. If you are unsure, you can find that information in the top left corner of your user portal. Click OK.
Copy and paste the URL and click OK.
You can find the URL in the address bar on your internet browser.
Select the filter for the re-processed survey and click OK.
Providing more information regarding the re-filter request helps us reprocess it without further delays. Once you have completed the form, click Submit.
Please note that your dataset will not be available while it is being re-filtered.
Once complete, you will receive an email that your dataset has been re-filtered and is available again in your portal.
