Propeller’s filtering tool makes it easy to monitor and track job progress by filtering out obstructions on site that may affect your data.
During the Data Upload process, you can choose a filter to apply to your survey. Once chosen, Propeller does all the work for you! But what if you choose a filter that is too aggressive or not aggressive enough? This article will walk you through how to request a re-filter of your survey.
How do I submit a filter change request?
From your Portal, click on Support in the top toolbar and choose Contact support.
A chat window will open. Create a new support ticket by clicking Dataset Refiltering Request.
Fill out the requested information. You will be asked to provide your email address, a description of your request, the site's name, the survey you want to re-filter, the filter you would like to use, and why you're asking to refilter your data. If you are unsure, you can find that information in the top left corner of your user portal. Click Create ticket.
You will receive a confirmation that the ticket has been created.
Once complete, you will receive an email that your dataset has been re-filtered and is available again in your portal.
You can always check the status of your request by clicking the Refilter button in the chat.
