How To Make a Copy Or Delete Terrain Cleanups

The Terrain Cleanups tool allows users to edit terrain models to remove bridges or structures, patch holes in the model, eliminate water, and remove vehicles or debris that can create inaccurate measurements.

In many cases, a Terrain Cleanup will be needed throughout a project.  If you need to perform the same Terrain Cleanup on a different survey, you can copy a single Terrain Cleanup or all of the Terrain Cleanups from one dataset to another.

Copy a single Terrain Cleanup to another survey

Select the three dots to the right of the Terrain Cleanup and select Copy to another dataset.

Select the dataset to copy to.

Copy all Terrain Cleanups to another survey

Select the three dots to the right of the All Cleanups folder and choose Copy to another dataset.

Deleting Terrain Cleanups

If you need to delete or remove a cleanup from your project, click the three dots to the right of the Terrain Cleanup you want to remove and select Delete from the option list.

Once selected, you will be prompted to Confirm delete. Click again to delete it from your project permanently.
