New Portals
You will receive an email notification when your Propeller portal is first created. Then, you can use the process below to create an account.
Existing Portals
When a portal owner grants access to one of their projects, the new user receives an activation email with an activation link. Follow the link to see a page like the screenshot below.
Until the activation link is followed, no account will be associated with that email address, and the reset password link will not work. Ensure support@propelleraero.com is added to your email safelist, and check your junk mail if you have not received Propeller’s activation email.
If you still haven't received the email, please contact Propeller support, and we may be able to activate the account for you manually.
