How to Create a Propeller Account

To use all the features Propeller offers, you must have an account. Use the steps below to create an account by following the link from your activation email. 

New Portals

When your Propeller portal is first created, you will receive a notification and can use the process below to create an account. 

Existing Portals

When a portal owner has granted access to one of their projects, the new user will receive an activation email containing an activation link.Once you follow the link, you'll be brought to a page like the screenshot below. You'll be prompted for your name and asked to create a password. 
Until the activation link is followed, no account will be associated with that email address, and the reset password link will not work. Ensure is added to your email safelist, and check your junk mail to ensure you can receive Propeller’s activation email.
If you still can't receive the email, please get in touch with Propeller support, and we may be able to activate the account for you manually.
