If you have configured WiFi on your Enterprise Remote Controller but still have WiFi connection issues, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
You need to be connected to WiFi on the remote controller (RC) to log into your DJI account to load the base map during mission planning and when synchronizing and importing airspace unlock certificates.
How to connect to WiFi
You must navigate to the WiFi settings to connect to a WiFi signal.
1. Tap the four squares icon in the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap the Settings gear wheel icon.
3. Tap the WiFi option.
4. Toggle on the WiFi option, as shown below.
5. Select your WiFi network, enter your password, and then tap CONNECT.
Your RC should now be connected to your WiFi network.
First steps
- Ensure that the RC is connected to a working WiFi signal.
- Confirm that the same WiFi signal works on other devices (phones, laptops, etc.).
- Connect to a different WiFi signal.
- Disconnect from the WiFi signal, turn off the WiFi toggle switch, power off the RC, and reconnect to the WiFi signal.
How to forget the WiFi network
1. From the main settings page, navigate to the WiFi settings option, select your WiFi network, and tap Forget near the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Reconnect to the WiFi connection by tapping the network name, entering the network password, and tapping Connect.
Reset the Remote Controller
1. Power on the RC, enter the main settings page, and scroll down to and tap Factory Data Reset.
2. Tap RESET REMOTE CONTROLLER.
I still can't do it!
