- Add a subfolder: Click the 3-dot menu next to an existing folder and click Create subfolder.
- Create a new folder with selection: Select existing measurements, then click the folder icon to group them.
💡Tip: You can also use the zone filter to quickly group and move items into a new folder. |
Move files into folders
- Move one file: Select the file, then drag and drop it into the folder you want.
-
Move multiple files:

- Option 2: Bulk select the files, click the Move to button in the bulk actions bar, and choose the folder where you want them saved.
- Remove a file: Drag it back out of the folder.
ℹ️ Note: Any folder changes (rename, add, remove) apply across all workspaces where that folder appears, including subfolders. |
Save new measurements to a folder (default save location)
- Find the folder in the list.
- Click the 3-dot menu next to its name.
- Select Set as target folder.
💡Tip: A banner at the top of the screen shows which folder is active. |
- All new measurements will now be saved straight into that folder.
- If you set a folder without opening it, it will automatically open the next time a new measurement is saved.
- To turn this off, click the X on the banner. New items will then go back to your usual location.
Ways to group folders
-
By activity: Keep all measurements or all designs for the same task together.
Examples: Blasting, Hydro, Stockpiles, Safety
-
By project phase: Separate work from planning to operations.
Examples: Construction, As builts, Defects
-
By location or zone: Organize everything based on where it happens on site.
Examples: North Pit, South Stockyard, Plant Area
💡Tip: Choose the method that matches how your team talks about the work every day. The goal is to make it quick for anyone to jump in and find the right files. |
