Propeller allows users with Administrator or Manage access permissions to invite others to a portal or individual project. Large projects may have several users with varying access levels, making it hard to view who has access to your data quickly. Use the EXPORT AS CSV button to quickly verify all the users on your portal or site at a glance.
To access this feature, visit the People & teams page by clicking on your name at the top of your portal.
To view users with access to your portal and all its projects, click on the EXPORT AS CSV button to the upper right of your survey sites.
The .csv file will automatically download to your computer. Open the file to inspect the users currently accessing your portal. The file will also provide information on the level of permissions assigned to each user.
To view users with access to individual sites within your portal, visit the Sites & access page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of your portal and choosing the site you wish to view.
To view users with access to that individual site, click on the EXPORT AS CSV button to the upper right of your survey sites.
