Before you start
Power Up: Ensure your remote controller and aircraft batteries are fully charged. A mid-update power loss can cause critical errors.
Connect: Verify that you have a stable, high-speed internet connection. A poor connection may cause the update to fail or hang indefinitely.
How to update your Matrice 300/350/400 RTK
Launch Pilot App: From the home screen on your remote controller, tap Pilot.
Open Health Management: Tap the Status Icon in the top-right corner to enter the Health Management System (HMS).
Note: This icon will be Green (Healthy), Orange (Caution), or Red (Warning) depending on your hardware status.
- Select Firmware: Tap Firmware on the left-side menu.
Start Update: The screen will display the release notes for the latest version.
Tap the blue Update button to start.
If multiple components need attention, the button will read Update All.
