Annual PPK Processing Subscription


The PPK subscription allows you to process the PPK-geotagged images from your supported drone with your AeroPoints data to produce corrected geotags. This subscription includes the AeroPoint subscription.

What does it cover? 

Your subscription to the PPK workflow covers the following:

  • The Propeller PPK algorithm and simple user workflow, including hotspot uploading.
  • The web-based software service that enables PPK tagging of images.
  • The AeroPoints Dashboard. This includes processing reports and battery health.
  • The ability to process coordinate data in multiple workflows, including the known point method, CORS, and your own RINEX file.
  • The hosting, permission-based sharing, and organization of data over time.
  • Ongoing 24/7 chat support that we provide.

The services above are also included in our software and AeroPoint licenses. You can still access these services if you have an active subscription to either of these.

What isn’t included?

  • Processing of full imagery datasets into highly accurate 3D models.
  • Use of the Propeller Platform and all of its tools.

When does it start?

Your subscription starts when you first activate your supported PPK drone. After the first year, you will need to renew the subscription annually.

What happens if I don't renew my subscription? 

If you do not maintain an active subscription to the PPK workflow, you will no longer be able to use and benefit from the Propeller PPK workflow. This means that:

  • You will no longer be able to take advantage of using the Propeller Corrections Network that is required to process and correct any data collected by your AeroPoints. Your AeroPoints become unusable (unless you have an active AeroPoints subscription or software license). 
  • You will no longer be able to process PPK geotags through Propeller.

What happens to my data?

Your drone will still record PPK data; however, you will not have access to the Propeller PPK Workflow and will be required to process your data using an alternative solution.

Data uploaded before your subscription expires can still be downloaded, even if the subscription has lapsed.

How do I renew or upgrade my Propeller license?

It is important to renew your subscription on time to avoid delays in uploading and accessing your valuable data. 

  1. Reach out to your dedicated account manager with any questions regarding your renewal. (If you are unsure who to contact, please email renewals@propelleraero.com.au to be pointed in the right direction.)
  2. Work with your account manager to choose from our packages of annual survey credits. They will consider your goals and recommend the best option for your team in the upcoming year.
  3. Your account manager will process the purchase once you decide on the best package for your needs. Then, you can enjoy another year of efficient worksite management with Propeller.
