Activating a new DJI Matrice 4 Enterprise drone includes 1 year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus.
DJI Care is an enterprise-level plan available in some regions that provides one year of unlimited free repairs (within the coverage limit). If your drone's hardware is damaged, DJI Care will mail you a replacement at no additional cost.
Renewal
You can renew your DJI Care Enterprise Plus protection plan for up to 2 additional years, but you must do so before your current protection expires or within 15 days of your plan’s expiration date. Please contact Propeller support for more information.
Instructions
To ensure your drone is protected, follow these steps to activate your DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan as soon as you start using your drone:

Sign in to Your DJI Account
- When you turn on your drone for the first time, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
- The DJI account you sign in with will be linked to your DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan, so make sure you're using the correct account.

Activate the Protection Plan
- After signing in, you'll see an activation screen for the DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan.
Select Personal or Enterprise, depending on your needs, and enter the required details to activate the plan.
If you choose to skip the activation page, or if the page doesn’t pop up due to server or network issues, the DJI Care Enterprise plan will automatically bind to the DJI account you signed in with at Step 1.
If the DJI Care Enterprise plan was bound to the wrong DJI account, you can contact DJI directly to provide the correct details.
