The Freefly Astro from the Blue UAS Cleared Drone List ships in Stealth Mode. Before your first flight, you must move the drone out of its restricted shipping state and configure the parameters to log GPS data to the SD card.
1. Enable Cloud Services
Connect the Astro to your PC using a USB-C cable.
Open a web browser and go to:
https://10.41.1.1Log in and navigate to Settings.
Toggle Enable Cloud Services to ON.
2. Enter AMC Advanced Mode
Power on your Astro and the AMC (Astro Mission Control) controller.
In the AMC app, look at the AMC icon (the triangles) in the top-left corner.
Repeatedly tap the icon (about 6 times) until a popup appears.
Select Yes when asked to switch to Advanced Mode.
3. Reset to Defaults
Tap the AMC icon again to open the menu.
Go to Advanced > Parameters.
Select Tools (top-right corner) and choose Reset to vehicle’s configuration defaults. This ensures you are starting from a clean slate.
