Mobile Network Settings
If your deployment requires a mobile network setup different from the default Propeller data plan, follow these instructions to modify your DirtMate’s mobile network settings. This process includes inserting a new SIM card and configuring the appropriate APN to establish a cellular connection.

Access Point Settings
DirtMate can function as an Access Point, enabling Network Sharing—similar to a mobile hotspot. When this feature is enabled, the Base DirtMate broadcasts a Wi-Fi network that other DirtMates can connect to. DirtMates configured as Access Points can only access the internet via LTE or an Ethernet connection and cannot operate as Wi-Fi clients simultaneously.
