The Procore integration lets you push Propeller outputs to Procore and pull design files into Propeller without leaving the platform. Connect your account once using OAuth, then browse your Procore folders and transfer files in both directions. File versioning is handled automatically.
Connect your Procore account to Propeller to move files between both platforms directly from within the Propeller UI. Push outputs like orthophotos, terrain models, DXFs, and point clouds to your Procore project folders, or pull design files from Procore straight into your Propeller site — no manual downloading and re-uploading required.
Requirements
- A Propeller account with Export and Edit permissions on the site you want to work with
- A Procore account with access to the relevant project folders
- Procore must be installed and configured by your Procore company admin before you can connect — see How to set up Procore to integrate with Propeller
Connect your Procore account
The first time you push or pull a file using the Procore integration, you'll be prompted to log in and authorize the connection.
- Open your site in Propeller
- Start a push or pull action (see below)
- When prompted, log in to Procore and approve the connection
- The connection is saved and you won't need to repeat this step
Send (push) files to Procore
- From your site, go to the Outputs tab and select Files
- Find the file you want to export — use the category filters to narrow the list
- Click the file name to expand its options, then select the
Push to button
- Choose Procore from the list of destinations
- Navigate to your Procore project folder and confirm the export
Your file will appear in the selected folder. If a file with the same name already exists, Propeller uploads it as a new version rather than creating a duplicate.
Receive (pull) files from Procore
Pull design files from Procore directly into your Propeller site.
- From your site, click Upload in the top-right corner
- Select Connections
- Choose Procore from the list
- Browse to the folder containing the files you want
- Select your files and click Import
Once complete, the files appear in your site's Designs or Files section, depending on the file type.
File versioning
When you push a file to Procore and a file with the same name already exists in that folder, Propeller uploads it as a new version automatically. This keeps your project records consistent across both platforms without creating duplicates.
Important notes
- Make sure you have the correct upload or edit permissions in Procore before pushing files
- If Procore doesn't appear as a connection option, check with your Procore company admin that the Propeller app has been installed and your project has been permitted
